The second part of Record of Ragnarok season 2 will air in Japan in October 2023. However, the release date for Netflix in other regions has not yet been announced.

The first part of season 2 premiered on Netflix on January 17, 2023, and concluded on February 14, 2023. It consisted of 10 episodes. The second part will consist of the remaining 5 episodes.

The anime is based on the manga series of the same name by Shinya Umemura, Takumi Fukui, and Ajichika. The manga began serialization in 2017 and has been collected in 13 volumes as of March 2023.

The anime follows the story of a battle between gods and humans. The gods of the world have decided that humanity has become too corrupt and must be destroyed. However, a valkyrie named Brunhilde proposes a tournament to decide the fate of humanity. The 13 strongest humans in history will face off against 13 gods in one-on-one battles. The first side to win 7 battles will be victorious.

The first part of season 2 saw the conclusion of the battle between Thor and Lu Bu. Thor emerged victorious, and the gods now lead the series 5-4. The second part will see the following battles:
