The Jujutsu Kaisen manga has a strong fan base, and as the series approaches its end fans are worried that either Gojo or Megumi will die soon. In fact, a recent flashback scene in Jujutsu Kaisen #210 has some fans wondering if Gege Akutami is planning to bring Megumi and Gojo back together for a climatic fight against Kenjaku’s ultimate villain.

The two have been in a relationship for quite some time, and there is no doubt that their bond is something special, but many fans are concerned about how long it will last. This is especially true considering the recent death of Geto, who had been one of the most beloved characters in the manga.

Injuries and a new curse have ruined Megumi’s life, leaving her emotionally stunted and without much of an identity. She has also had a history of making mistakes, and that has caused her to have a hard time trusting people.

She is constantly trying to control her emotions and her actions, but it is clear that she has a dark side as well. This has lead to a new theory, which is gaining popularity among fandom, that suggests she will soon join the ranks of the series’ darker characters.

This theory claims that she has markings under her eyes that are similar to Yuji’s. This is not a new idea, but it has gained some momentum lately due to the lack of information on her and because Akutami-sensei had already ruled out a previous theory that suggested she was connected to both Geto and Gojo by way of a light/dark binary.

The theory goes as follows: In JJK #198, a sorcerer named Sukuna attempts to take over Megumi’s body, and in order to do so he must use her ability to revive his original self. In the moment that this occurs, Megumi is forced to take a breather from her battle with Sukuna and asks him how his heart feels after having his ability activated.

It is at this point that Sukuna shows his true colors, and he makes it very clear to Megumi that he has an interest in her ability. This may be one of the reasons why he is willing to give her a break from his attacks, which will allow her to progress in her abilities and eventually help her defeat him as a whole.

In chapter 220, the other sorcerers allied against Kenjaku and Sukuna all meet up to share intel and form a plan of action. They decide to focus on the most powerful sorcerers, such as Yuji and Maki.

But there are other characters who receive some attention as well, such as Mei Mei’s group. Their members are able to seal Gojo, but the man behind the seal is an impostor who poses as Geto and controls him through a technique that allows him to change his brain.

In addition to this, Mei Mei’s group is able to find out about Kenjaku’s plan to fuse all of humanity together with his body through a process known as the Culling Game. This is a scary plot twist for Jujutsu Kaisen, and it will definitely be interesting to see what happens next.
