Synopsis

In the first episode, we see Ai Hoshino, a talented and beautiful idol who is loved by her fans. She visits Gorou Amemiya, a rural gynecologist who admires her.

After examining Ai, Goro learns that she is pregnant and will soon deliver twins. He fears that if Ai’s pregnancy was revealed to the public, it would ruin her career as an idol.

However, he is convinced to support her and promises to take good care of her baby. After some interaction, he realizes that he has fallen in love with the real Ai.

Oshi no Ko episode 4 is set to release on the 3rd of May in Japan. The anime will start streaming at around midnight in Japan and a little earlier in the rest of the world so be sure to check your local timezone.

Oshi no Ko is based on a manga written by Aka Akasaka (Kaguya-sama: Love is War) and illustrated by Mengo Yokari (Scum's Wish). It has been serialized in Shueisha's Weekly Young Jump since 2020.
